Project Title: Renovation of the La Playa Hotel

Summary of the work:

- Installation of inverter air conditioners and door/window sensors

- Renovation of the generator room and connection of the generator to the power grid

- Relocation of the main electrical panel and connection of the various buildings

- Creation of green spaces

- Installation of an outdoor lighting system (partial, with modifications)

- Site security, access control, gate, fencing, video surveillance, and signage (with modifications)

- Renovation of the pool and the equipment room

- New approval (amendment)

- Layout. Arrangement and installation of furniture

- Construction of a tank and a facility to house a reverse osmosis water treatment system.
