What time can I arrive?
The rooms are ready from 4pm.
At what time must the room be vacated?
Rooms must be vacated by 11am. Contact the reception for any special request
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our establishment.
Does the hotel have a parking lot?
Yes, the hotel offers private parking
I have an electric vehicle. Does La Playa have charging stations?
Unfortunately, La Playa is not equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Do you have a concierge service?
A concierge service is available to help you organize your stay, purchase tickets for excursions and for your various reservations, car rental, laundry service...
What are the basic amenities of the rooms?
All our rooms are equipped with a safe, a flat screen TV, a kettle and a hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (except in the classic rooms)
Does the hotel have PRM access?
Yes, a PMR access has been installed, and we also have PMR rooms
Is there room service in the hotel?
Yes, room service is only available during the restaurant's opening hours
What activities are offered at the facility?
To relax, take advantage of our wellness area with spa, hammam, pool
Does the hotel offer transfers?
We do not have a transfer shuttle

Until what time can we have dinner at the hotel?
Our beach restaurant is only open during the day and closed at night.
Until what time is breakfast served?
The American breakfast buffet is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
What are the hours of the bar and restaurants?
The bar is open from 7am to 6pm, and the restaurant from 11:30am to 4:30pm.
In the evening, you can go to the village square 100 meters from the hotel where you will find a wide selection of restaurants.
Can we book our stay in half-board?
Half board stays are not available at the time of booking. However, you can take advantage of our catering services during your stay.
